If you find a name of interest in the surname index note the plot and grave numbers and then find the reference in the grave listings; this will show all the occupants of that grave. Although relationships and other details aren’t often given, checking the original burial register may give further information.
When you have found a name of interest in this index make a note of the plot and grave number and search for this in the main database. This will show all the occupants of that grave and might point to further research. See also ‘Initials only’ and ‘No surname’ at the end of the surname index.
As with all secondary sources errors can occur. Please check any findings with the original transcription.
