To Margaret his wife the lease of Cowden for six years.
To Margaret his wife after six years half the Tenement during her life
To William his son the other half of the tenement
To Ann his daughter £20 to be paid by William
To John his son £20 to be paid by William, and a pair of looms.
Residue to Margaret his wife.
Executrix: Margaret his wife.
Witnesses: Alexander Marcer and Richard Grimshaw.
