Dwelling house at Cross Gate where he lived and real estate in trust to Thomas Calvert of Clitheroe, weaver and James Brunton the younger, of Great Harwood farmer to sell, interest from the monies from the sale for the use of his wife.
Any surplus to Ann wife of Thomas Clegg, his sister.
If she dies to her son James Clegg.
Executors Thomas Calvert, James Brunton and his wife (not named).
