Possessed of leasehold tenement in Great Harwood ‘now in occupation of my father Alexander mercer or his undertenants’. Duckworth Tenement, 15 acres, by lease of Thomas Hesketh for lives of brother Thomas Mercer of Great Harwood, tanner, Aunt Ellen now wife of Ralph Tomlinson of Oswaldtwistle.
Leaves Duckworths to his Brother Thomas.
